Employee engagement places Pertemps as one of the top 100

November 04, 2022

Pertemps has retained its place in the UK’s top companies to work for listing for the 16th year running, after being placed 32nd in the Large Companies listing.

It was announced yesterday in London at their first in-person awards ceremony since Covid-19, with TV presenter Dan Walker hosting with the support of his Strictly Come Dancing partner, Nadiya Bychkova.

Pertemps was awarded a three-star Best Companies accreditation status which recognises extraordinary levels of engagement with employees, and it is the employees responses that are used to compile the list of successful companies.

Steve West, CEO of Pertemps Network Group, said: “It’s fantastic to be included in the Best Companies listing for the 16th year and to be the only recruitment specialist to achieve that level of longevity.

“This recognition and success truly is a testament to our people, who deliver with passion, determination and innovation every day.

“Our position, based on responses from our staff, is a fantastic endorsement of our committed approach to focusing and investmenting in employee engagement and staff development programs and we will continue to support and listen to our employees, who collectively make Pertemps a such great place to work.”
